If you’re a rugby fan in America, you know how important it is to spread the word and support the effort to grow the game here in the U.S.A. If you’re a Chicagoan, you also know that the summer music festivals start as soon as it gets above 50 degrees.

So if you’re looking for summer music events and would like to support one of the sponsors of Wapiti Rugby, The Foundation To Be Named Later, they will be one of the sponsors behind this summer’s third annual “Hot Stove Cool Music” concert, June 20th, 2014 at Metro.

Acts include Tom Morello, (from Rage Against The Machine), Jimmy Chamberlin (from Smashing Pumpkins), Len Kasper, Wilco’s John Stirrat, and a slew of other musicians. The event is billed as paying tribute to Chicago’s great musical history, including Rock, Blues, Soul & Power Pop Ballads. It will be hosted by WRXT’s Lin Brehmer. Doors open at 7:30pm and 100% of the net ticket proceeds go to FTBNL.
